Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that this may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method.. Estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at creatingjoy@makentreasures.com. While we are not responsible for packages once they are in the care of the shipping carrier, we will do our best to help you file a claim and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
