Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us immediately at creatingjoy@makentreasures.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
